First edition, first printing. This book is part of Margaret Collins collection. Margaret Collins was W E Johns niece. Margaret inherited Johns personal library on his death. A letter of authentication will be sent with this book.
The top right hand corner of the front board is slightly bumped . The back board top left hand corner has a minor bump too. The text block is slightly foxed. otherwise there are no faults.
Dust wrapper/ The top of the front cover has a1cm closed tear with a crease attached. The top of the spine has tiny closed tears with a 1cm closed tear on the front cover hinge. The bottom of the spine has minor rubs. There is a tiny chip to the bottom right hand corner. Otherwise no faults. Not price cut./1508
