The front board bottom right hand corner is creased. The spine is cocked and faded but the lettering bold. There are rubs the top and bottom of the right hand hinges of the spine.There is foxing to the text block and this has spread to some margins and to the first and last pages. Otherwise the pages are clean and bright and the binding is tight.
Dust wrapper/The top and bottom of the front panel has creases. The top edge has a 1/2 cm closed tear. The bottom edge has a 1cm closed tear, this has been taped to the rear.The top of the front flap hinge has a rub with a small chip. There is a tiny hole towards the bottom of the hinge. The top of the spine has tiny tears and minor edge loss. There is a 6cm tear to the rear panel hinge that extends to the middle of the spine and a 1cm closed tear to the top of the front panel hinge. The rear panel is a little grubby to the top and bottom edges. There is edge loss to the top edge. The top of the rear flap hinge has a 4cm closed tear and a chip to the bottom. The front and rear flap hinges are curled to the top edges. The rear of the jacket has some foxing and brown marks./2303
