The binding is red cloth and is a presumed First edition.This book had many variant bindings including oversticking of other books by other authors, so difficult to know what is a true first.
Minor foxing to text block and hinge when opened to title page (see photo) otherwise not internally. Faint crease to front end paper. Probably unread, really tight binding, remarkably clean and bright. No bumps or rubs to corners.
