The front board, spine and rear boards are all straight. The text block is slightly foxed and this has spread to several page margins. The internal pages are otherwise clean and bright. Page 89 has a tear to the bottom edge not affecting the text. The inside boards and end papers are clean and bright.
Dust wrapper/ The front cover has a tiny chip to the bottom edge and a crease to the top edge. All four corners have tiny chips. The bottom right hand corners chip has a 1cm closed tear attached. The spine top and bottom edges are rubbed with tiny closed tears attached. Not affecting the title. The back cover four corners have small chips. The top right hand corner has a 4cm closed tear attached. The rear flap top edge is curled and the front flap has been price cut. The rear of the flap has browned at the spine and along the front and rear flaps./1531
