The red boards and spine are straight, clean and bright. The bottom text block is foxed and the long side has some brown marks. The internal pages are clean and bright. The contents page has ticks in blue pen. The binding is tight.No inscription
Dust wrapper/ The top and bottom edges of the front cover are rubbed. The bottom edge has a 1/2cm closed tear. The right hand top and bottom corners are rubbed. The left hand top and bottom corners are rubbed with tiny closed tears. There is a small nick to the spine hinge, half way up. The top and bottom of the spine  are rubbed with minor edge losses. The back cover has a few marks but is reasonably clean as is the entire jacket front and rear. Publisher price cut and re price./1965
