Biggles in Borneo.W.E.Johns

First edition first printing. Difficult war time title. ( Correct green cover, camera making it appear blue)
The front cover is straight, clean and bright. The pictorial cover is very good, clear and bold. The spine is straight and the top and bottom un bumped. The back cover is very good too, very minor rubs to the corners. The front inside board has an inscription but is otherwise clean and bright, as is the  front end paper, The frontis piece is very good as are all the internal pages. No marks or foxing. The rear end paper and inside board are clean and bright.
Dust wrapper/ The front cover is bright and bold. There is a crease to the bottom edge and small chips to all four corners. The spine is un sunned. There is loss to the top and bottom edges slightly affecting the "I" in "Biggles". The back page hinge has a crease. The back cover is reasonably clean with a closed tear with a small chip to the top, top left hand corner and small chips to the other corners. The front and back flap are very good. Price cut./1333
