Biggles Flies West W E Johns

The boards and spine are clean and the blue cloth bright. The gold da bloon is bright and bold. The front board right hand top and bottom corners have minor rubs. The rear board top left hand corner is slightly bumped. there is some minor browning to edge of upper text block. Internally the book is without fault. Clean and bright with no foxing. The binding is very tight. No inscription.
Dust wrapper/ Probable reprint jacket with blue surround to rear list. The front cover top and bottom edges are rubbed slightly. There is a crease to the top left hand corner and loss to the top right hand corner. This is attached to loss on the top of front flap, measuring 4.5cm x 2cm. The bottom of the front flap has a chip. The top of the spine has loss measuring  2.5cm x 1cm. This is affecting the title.  There is an additional chip to the edge of the B in Biggles.The bottom edge has tiny closed tears and a tiny chip to the right hand side. The rear cover has loss to the top left corner  this loss is on the rear flap too, measuring 7cm x  2cm. Price cut. The rear of the jacket has minor foxing to the top edge of the front cover. SR
