The front boards are straight, clean and bright. The spine is very slightly cocked, with minor grubby marks. The text block has some foxing, this has spread to some margins. Some of the internal pages have some grubby marks. The binding is very tight. No inscription.
Dust wrapper/The front cover has a 1 and ½ cm closed tear to the top edge, with a 6cm crease below. There is a corresponding 1 and ½ cm closed tear to the bottom edge. The top and bottom edges are rubbed. The front flap hinge is rubbed with a small chip with a 1cm closed tear attached to the top. The bottom of the hinge has a small chip too. The spine hinge has some rubs to the top and bottom with chips to the top and a tiny chip with a 1cm closed tear attached to the bottom. The top of the spine is rubbed with small chips. There is a chip to the B in the title. The back cover, spine hinge is rubbed. The bottom of the hinge has a closed tear measuring 4.5cm. this has been repaired rather clumsily to the rear. The back cover has been taped to repair a 10cm closed tear with a 13cm crease attached. Not price cut.SR/2107
