Biggles and the Penitent Thief W E Johns SOLD

The front cover is bright, clean and straight. there is a slight rub to the bottom middle edge. The spine is straight and the lettering bold and clear. The back cover is also straight, clean and bright. Small brown dot to the top left hand side. All the internal pages are clean with no foxing. No inscription. The rear end paper and inside board have a small tear to the top. Publishers fault? Dust wrapper/ The front cover corners have tiny chips top and bottom .The top left hand corner has a small closed tear 1cm and the bottom has a tiny chip.The spine top and bottom edges are rubbed with minor loss not affecting the title., small open split to spine top back hinge.The back cover is clean with minor chips to all four corners. Small stains to rear of wrapper , slightly showing through , see photo./1332
