This educational booklet was produced for schools around 1970. The right hand top and bottom corners are curled and a little creased. There is a 2cm split to spine bottom, rub to top and edges.There is minor creasing throughout. There is a number in pen to the top of the title page and some minor grubby marks. Four double page black and white photographs and a black and white frontis. Six exercise section to rear. Sixty pages in total.
